Issues of Equality and Diversity have always been of key importance in the relations between individuals and organisations.
Increasingly those relations are regulated through a legislative framework that is concerned with issues such as age, gender and disability.
In fact there are eight strands of Equality and Diversity, each subject to legislation that we look at in detail in this website.

Opps has developed a short distance learning course which supports participants in understanding their legal obligations relating to equality and diversity.
The programme averages 10 hours flexible study and offers participants the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification. The accredited qualification provides evidence of the individual’s and the organisation’s commitment to Equality and Diversity.
The assessment process is straight forward and can be conducted in the workplace. Successful participants will receive a Level 2 Certificate, accredited by the awarding body EDI.
Individuals and organisations who enrol onto the course are given access to our members area with guides on the eight strands of equality.
The Members area also includes supporting information on equality and diversity issues together with interactive planning tools.
