An equality and diversity programme with a difference!
Our equality and diversity training has a real difference. It has been developed so participants, through a short course of only 10 hours using our Professional Training Resource, can gain a nationally accredited qualification in Equality and Diversity.
Our Professional Training Resource has seven elements:
- An Equality and Diversity Professional learning Resource Folder
- The 8 strands of equality presented in easy to read practical guides featuring Age, Disability, Sexual Orientation, Gender, Race and Ethnicity, Religion or Belief, Carers and Human Rights
- A section enabling you to reflect on how you apply organisational policies and procedures to your working practice
- An equality and diversity workbook published by a leading accrediting body
- Registration on to the Equality and Diversity level 2 Award
- Certification if you are successful in gaining the award
- One years’ access to the members area of this website featuring the 8 strands of equality, interactive action planning tools and a range of supporting resources
